Are you willing to travel for events / conferences?
Yes! Absolutely! I LOVE to travel! I am based in Atlanta, GA, but am willing to travel anywhere. Travel expenses are not included in my day rate, but can be discussed during the booking process.
DO you have a set day rate?
Yes! My day rates are based on 6 & 8 hour days. If my services are needed for longer than 8 hours per day, all additional hours will be added to my invoice & charged by the hour! Day rate details will be shared more in depth during the booking process!

How far in advance should we book you?
Feel free to reach out anytime to book! I am willing to jump in on last minute asks when they come in, if I'm available! My email is always open & I always have my eyes on it. Reach out anytime!
Can you help troubleshoot issues with lyrics, graphics, videos, service flows, etc.?
Yes! I have lots of experience in the troubleshooting process! I am very familiar with all things ProPresenter, specifically when it comes to building graphics, setting lyric arrangements, adjusting video settings, etc. I also have a lot of experience in service flow troubleshooting. I am happy to help troubleshoot whenever its needed!

Can you help create and / or manage Planning Center Service plans?
Yes, absolutely. I have lots of experience in the building process as well as the editing process. I would be happy to jump in to help however I can when it comes to creating and/or managing Planning Center flows.
will you need access to the events planning center before the event?
If it is at all possible, yes. Being able to lay my eyes on what the plans are & see how things are changing during the planning process is super helpful for me, as a producer. The sooner I am able to get access to Planning Center flows, the more I'm able to prepare before the event!
