What a career in production has taught me is that there is so much more behind the scenes work that goes into pulling an event/conference/service off than most people even know. It's lots of meetings, conversations, working & reworking service flows, scheduling, planning. There's so much that goes into it. & I love it ALL. I love the service flow planning process, I love working with teams of people who love what they do, and I love getting to be in a seat where I also get to watch others be creative & absolutely love what they do.
